Pebble Pathways – Inclusive Neurodivergent Support in Scotland
About Our Social Skills groups
Our professionally led social skills groups offer a warm, structured space for school-aged children to develop confidence, emotional understanding, and positive peer relationships. With a strong focus on wellbeing, these groups support children who may find social interaction or communication more challenging.
Being based in the community rather than a school setting provides meaningful social opportunities, such as group activities in local parks, community centres, or cafés. These familiar environments allow children to practise everyday social skills with the support of experienced adults, helping them feel more confident in real-world situations.
Each small, consistent group is guided by skilled practitioners who create a safe and inclusive space for children to explore social connection at their own pace. Sessions use a blend of play, creative activities, group games, and gentle discussion to support emotional regulation, turn-taking, and relationship building.
Families are actively involved, receiving strategies to support their child’s progress at home. They also gain reassurance from seeing their child grow in confidence, resilience, and social understanding within a nurturing group setting.
